If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something needs to change—but you’re not sure how to move forward—that’s when therapy can help. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to the process.

Each session is 50-60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet—typically weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule.

Without insurance, therapy sessions typically range from $150 to $275, depending on the therapist you choose to work with.

We understand that cost can be a concern, and we don’t believe it should stand in the way of getting support. Everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Through our advanced clinical training program, we’re able to offer therapy options when insurance or standard rates aren’t the right fit.

We work with you to find the most effective approach for your needs. In your first session, your therapist will discuss a personalized plan and estimated timeline. Therapy length varies based on your goals and the issues you’re addressing.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and psychodynamic methods. But really, my approach is about meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to what you need most.

To schedule your virtual journaling session, book directly through the online calendar. Simply choose an available time slot that works best for you and your appointment will be confirmed.

Virtual sessions are held via Zoom and run weekly for 4 consecutive weeks. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Virtual sessions are the only option for individuals and small groups (10 or fewer participants). Virtual and onsite sessions are available for teams and organizations with more than 10 participants. Please email info@mindlegacycoaching.org for customized sessions.

Schedule your journaling session through the calendar. Next, submit your payment via Cash App: https://cash.app/$YollieM (personal checks are not accepted).

Fees are $20 per class. All payments must be made in full ($80 for 4 sessions) prior to the start of class. Individual sessions are not available.

You will receive a confirmation once payment is completed. Partial payments will be returned.
